The Big Day
timeline
We ask that our guests arrive at the venue at 1pm, with the ceremony set to start at 1:30pm.
We recommend that you have a nice late breakfast/early lunch before arriving. Canapes will be served at the drinks reception, with dinner service happening around 4:30 - 4:45pm.
There will be pizza around 9:30pm.
We party till midnight!
**Prosecco and/or beer will be provided at the drinks reception plus some wine for the dinner service. However, there will also be a cash bar if you require any extra drinks. Please bring both cash and card as we're not sure how good the reception will be for the payment terminal!
Dress Code
Cocktail/smart casual. If you're serving military then it would be great to have you in your Nos 1's - all the bling gentlemen, medals, swords, the lot! There's space to get changed afterwards but it would be great to have the photos in rig!
We want everyone to be comfortable, and it'll be a very relaxed atmosphere with lawn games and lounge areas around the garden. We're hoping for mild, dry weather but it's Scotland so be ready for anything!
In terms of footwear, ladies, there is wooden flooring in the marquee and gravel paths leading from the marquee out onto the parking area and to the loos. However, we're hoping to spend lots of time out on the garden (please let it be nice weather 🤞), so keep that in mind when choosing your shoes.

The Ring Bearer
Just a heads up to everyone, our wee dog Bryn (Sir Bryn Underfoot of Blem-him Palace) will be in attendance as he's got a very important job.
Not to worry though, he's a very good boy, we promise!
He does love a tummy rub, if you want to get on his good side!
